What is Flow

“The best moments in our lives are not the passive, receptive, relaxing times . . . The best moments usually occur if a person’s body or mind is stretched to its limits in a voluntary effort to accomplish something difficult and worthwhile” (Csikszentmihalyi, 1990).

Our Mission

To gather and catalog a vast amount of recollections of Flow experiences for the purpose of demystifying and promoting the skill of Flow.

It is our belief that demystifying Flow will encourage an ever greater number of people to search and add Flow to their lives and as such increase the quality of their lives and that of those around them.

To promote the education on Flow through the medium of competitive sports. As more people, recognize that Flow is a skill that can be developed, the demand for Flow training programs and coaches will increase and potentially change competitive sports as we know them today.

We believe Flow is the key to freeing the full Human potential.

The story of the Human race is the story of men and women selling themselves short.
Abraham Maslow

“Is this the best the Human race can do?”
