Instructions
Rub lime juice around the rim of two margarita glasses. Dip glasses into granulated sugar spread out on a small plate. Set aside.
Place the dragon fruit, tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, honey, and ice into a blender.
Blend until smooth and thoroughly combined.
Divide margaritas between the two glasses and serve with a straw and lime wedge garnish. Serve immediately.
Notes
I used Cabo Wabo Tequila, but any high quality silver {clear} tequila will work.
